Garage Girls: Workout #21

Today, we are going to redo "Running Cindy" (aka workout #7).  It has been 5 weeks since we first did "Running Cindy", so I thought it would be a good time to see how much we have improved.  Make sure to look at the number of reps you were able to do the previous time, so you will know what you need to do to beat it. 


     Warm-up:

     50 Jumping Jacks

     Workout: " Running Cindy"

     AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 20 minutes.  
     All four exercises make up one rep.

     5 jumping pull-ups
    10 push-ups
    15 air squats
    run 200 m


***UPDATE***
Last time, I was able to do 5 reps in 20 minutes. Today, I was able to do 7 in 19:53.  Everyone actually improved by at least 1 rep - 2 and a half reps.  LOVE seeing the change.  Hope you are seeing some great results as well.
